Lottery Rules
These are the official rules for lotteries and competitions organized by Rahoituskumppani.
1. Lottery Organizer
The lottery is organized by Autollecom Oy (Business ID: 2661196-9), Tarjusojantie 5-7, 90440 Kempele, Finland (hereinafter "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
The lottery is open to consumers and businesses residing in Finland. Employees of the Organizer and their family members are not eligible to participate. Each participant may enter the lottery only once.
3. Social Media Platforms
The lottery is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), nor is it in any way associated with such platforms. Participants provide their information to the Organizer, not to the social media platform.
4. Method of Entry
Participation is done in the manner specified by the Organizer, for example by filling out an entry form, commenting on a social media post, or by other means defined by the Organizer. The method of entry is always announced in connection with each lottery.
5. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified personally by email, phone, or social media direct message. The winner must respond within one week (7 days), or the prize will be redrawn among other participants.
6. Prize
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent or similar product or service.
7. Use of Personal Data
Participant's personal data is used for prize delivery, customer service, and marketing purposes. Data is processed in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize is delivered only within Finland. The Organizer covers delivery costs.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the lottery or from receiving or using the prize.
10. Taxation
The Organizer is responsible for any taxes arising from the prize in accordance with Finnish legislation.
11. Compliance with Rules
By participating in the lottery, the participant agrees to comply with these rules and the decisions of the Organizer.
12. Modification of Rules
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the lottery rules, timing, or cancel the lottery entirely at any time without prior notice.
13. Photography Consent
The winner grants the Organizer permission to use their name and possible photographs for marketing purposes.
